The challenge

Tom inherited a 12-year-old WordPress site from a relative who built it as a favor. It worked — barely. The hero image was a stock photo of a different state. The lead form sent emails to an inbox no one had checked in two years. Three of the five phone numbers on the site rang nowhere.

Tom kept losing emergency-plumbing jobs to competitors who answered faster. He didn't need a prettier site — he needed one that actually routed leads to him before they bounced.

What we built

The engine, piece by piece.

 • Full rebuild — design, copy, and code from scratch in 48 hours
 • Emergency-plumbing landing pages for each Raleigh service area
 • Lead form wired to BOTH SMS and email — Tom and his foreman both get notified
 • Auto-replier confirms to the customer that someone will call back in under 10 minutes
 • Click-to-call button is the entire navigation on mobile — no menu to fight through
 • Review automation requesting a Google review 48 hours after every completed job
 • Paid Google Ads campaign targeting “emergency plumber raleigh” with conversion tracking through to closed sale
 • Monthly KPI dashboard so Tom can see leads, calls, ad spend, and revenue in one place

Big agencies treat small guys like a side project. These folks treated me like their only client. My old site was costing me jobs — the new one books them.
