The challenge
Janelle opened her bakery six years ago. Her website was a template, the photos were taken on an iPhone 6, and her “order online” button took customers to a Google Form that nobody understood. Online orders were maybe 8% of revenue — most weeks they were closer to zero.
She told us she “wasn't technical” and was tired of agencies trying to upsell her on integrations she didn't understand. She wanted someone to sit with her and just rewrite the page in plain English.
