DMCA Copyright Policy

Effective May 13, 2026

Qubeforce LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. This page describes how to file a copyright infringement notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. §512).

1. Filing an infringement notice

If you believe that material posted on a site hosted, built, or managed by AE-LI infringes your copyright, please send us a written notice that includes:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The URL or other specific location where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  4. Your contact information: name, address, email, and telephone.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Designated agent

Send DMCA notices to our designated agent:

DMCA Agent · Qubeforce LLC
Email: dmca@aeliagency.com
Mail: Qubeforce LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA

3. Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your electronic or physical signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which AE-LI may be found) and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

4. Repeat infringer policy

Qubeforce LLC will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. False claims

Knowingly submitting a materially false DMCA notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
