- Payment data: billing details processed by our third-party payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, referring page, and session activity collected automatically by analytics tools.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Deliver, operate, and improve our services (web design, SEO, marketing, AI sales agent, and consulting).
- Send you the free preview, proposals, invoices, and onboarding materials you request.

- Service providers: hosting (Vercel), email (Resend), telephony & SMS (Twilio), database (Supabase), payment processing (currently Whop), and analytics. These vendors process data on our behalf under signed Data Processing Agreements.
- Legal compliance: when required by subpoena, court order, regulator request, or to enforce our Terms of Service.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact details with third-party marketers.
Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) is never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. This applies to all mobile-related data we collect, regardless of category.

- Analytics data: 14 months (aggregated & anonymized).

AE-LI's services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We protect personal information with industry-standard safeguards: TLS-encrypted connections, encrypted databases, access controls based on least privilege, and an internal incident response process. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
