Qubeforce LLC is committed to ensuring that aeliagency.com is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and build every page on this site — and every site we deliver to our clients — with accessibility as a first-class concern, not an afterthought.
1. Standards we follow
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA published by the W3C. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
We also follow the spirit and the letter of:
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III.
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (where applicable).
- The EN 301 549 European accessibility standard.
2. What we've done
Specific measures we take across aeliagency.com:
- Semantic HTML — every element uses the correct semantic tag (heading hierarchy, landmark regions, lists, articles).
- Keyboard navigation — every interactive element is reachable and operable with Tab, Enter, Space, and Escape.
- Visible focus indicators — focus rings on every link, button, and form control.
- Color contrast — body text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios (≥4.5:1) against its background.
- Alt text — all meaningful images carry descriptive alt attributes; decorative images use empty alt.
- Form labels — every input has an associated label, not just a placeholder.
- ARIA where needed — icon-only buttons carry
aria-label; modals carryrole=“dialog”andaria-modal; expand/collapse controls carryaria-expanded. - Reduced motion support — visitors who set
prefers-reduced-motionin their OS will see animations disabled site-wide. - Mobile-first responsive design — every page is usable down to 320px viewports with 44×44 px minimum touch targets.
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Known issues include:
- Some decorative animations may be perceived even when reduced-motion is enabled by the operating system. We are auditing per-component handling.
- Live AI Sales Agent transcripts on this site are illustrative samples; production transcripts (in customer dashboards) follow a separate accessibility audit.
We are actively working to resolve these limitations.
4. Assistive technologies tested
aeliagency.com is tested against:
- VoiceOver on macOS Safari.
- NVDA on Windows Chrome and Firefox.
- Keyboard-only navigation across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
- Browser zoom up to 200% without horizontal scrolling.
