These SMS Terms describe the AE-LI text-message program — how to opt in, how often we message you, how to opt out, and the carrier-required disclosures that apply to every send. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

AE-LI (operated by Qubeforce LLC) offers SMS messaging to customers who have opted in through our website forms. Messages include project updates, service notifications, and support replies for website design and digital marketing services offered to local contractors across the United States.
2. How to Opt In
Submit the opt-in form at aeliagency.com/sms-opt-in and check the consent checkbox. Or check the optional SMS consent box during checkout or onboarding.
3. Sender Identification
Messages originate from a United States 10DLC long code provisioned for AE-LI (operated by Qubeforce LLC) and registered with The Campaign Registry. The exact sending number is disclosed in the first message of every conversation and remains consistent throughout the program. We do not spoof, alias, or rotate sending numbers.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typically 2–8 messages per month per recipient.
5. Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
6. Opt-Out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You may re-subscribe by texting START. Or use our opt-out form at /sms-opt-out.

8. Consent
