Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our work. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds, cancellations, and Conversion Engine Warranty credits work.

1. One-time setup fee

The setup fee (Tier 01 / 02 / 03) covers initial discovery, design, build, and launch. It is:

  • Fully refundable if requested in writing within 72 hours of signing up and before we begin production work.
  • Partially refundable (pro-rated against work already completed) if requested before we deliver the first design preview.
  • Non-refundable once the site is delivered to your approval — at that point you take ownership.

2. Monthly retainer

  • The retainer is billed in advance on the same day each month.
  • You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice by emailing billing@aeliagency.com.
  • The retainer for the final 30-day period is non-refundable; we continue to deliver service through that period.
  • There are no long-term contracts and no early-termination penalties.

3. Conversion Engine Warranty

Starting in month three of an active engagement, if your AE-LI site does not generate at least one new customer in a given calendar month, we will waive the next month's retainer. To claim:

  1. Your site must have been live for at least 60 days.
  2. Our standard analytics, lead-form, and call-tracking tools must be installed and functioning.
  3. You must not have made unauthorized changes to the site, lead form, or call routing.
  4. Submit your claim within 14 days of month-end via email with your business name and the month in question.

The warranty applies to the retainer only — never to the one-time setup fee — and is capped at one waived month per rolling 12-month period.

4. Domain & hosting on cancellation

Your domain remains registered in your name from day one. On cancellation, we hand over hosting and DNS to you (or to a provider of your choice) within 14 days. You keep all code, content, and creative assets we produced. No lock-in, no hostage hosting.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please email billing@aeliagency.com within 30 days of the charge. We aim to resolve all billing inquiries within 5 business days. You may also manage your subscription or request a refund through your Whop account.
