Is this spam?
No. We only message leads who have explicitly opted in — either by submitting your contact form with the SMS box ticked, or by replying YES to an opt-in invite. We follow TCPA, the CTIA messaging principles, and 10DLC carrier rules.
What area codes do you use?
Charlotte (704) and (980) by default — the same area code as your customers, so messages don't read as a robocall. We can provision other US area codes on request.
Can I see the messages before they send?
Yes. The full message library lives in your dashboard. You review and approve every template, including the AI response branches. We don't send anything you haven't signed off on.
What if someone wants to stop?
They reply STOP (or STOPALL / UNSUBSCRIBE / CANCEL / END / QUIT). Their number is removed from outbound automation within seconds and we send one final confirmation message. Industry-standard, TCPA-compliant.
